i purchased lightbulbs, but accidently got the wrong ones. they swapped these with out question for the right ones. the only down side is the ques at weekends! I also had a bed delivered which collapsed after about 2 months - due to poor manufacturing - they offered me a replacement, and delivered a new bed and took away the old one... it was just inconvenient whilst they sorted it out over a few weeks - sh1t happens - but they sorted it out.
