It is a beutifull lager, but I would suggest leaving it to mature for around a month. It is getting better every week. I am from The Netherlands, and this Lager is not exactly what you would expect, but it is very nice. It is a bit more light than the Dutch Lagers, but I would most deffinately recomend it! I loved it, and will brew it again at some stage.

Im a fan of a stronger tasting european beer. Made this up with approx 500g brewing sugar, and 500g light spratmalt. Its come out absolutely lovely, very easy drinking, and suits my tastes well. I wish i could wait to find out how much it improves after three months, but i get thirsty. If you prefer a lighter lager, use extra light spraymalt.

One of the best brews ive made. Brewed with 1kg Muntons enhancer, primed with normal granulated sugar. Very smooth and tastes lovely.

Ive just finished this one and i only did it as my partner wanted a lager. This was a risk as she doesnt like strong tasting stuff, but it went well. It was quite light in tast and was enhanced by putting some chunks of lime in it. i brewed it using a open barrel in the airing cupboard and beer enhancer and stored in bottles.
If anyone wants a good crisp lager buy this one, its really nice.
