I combined this with a spray malt/dextrose mix (Beer enhancer) and it produced a very pleasant drink - it's only 3 weeks in the bottle and may improve. The OG was 1035 and it took 8 days to go to 1010 at average temp of 20C. It does not have the same taste as the German Weiss beers I like - but perhaps that difference is something a different yeast strain would change (I used the kit yeast) I'm quite tempted to use a specialist wheat beer yeast at some point. It was lightly clouded if you do as is normal with a Weiss beer and swirl the last quarter of a bottle and pour into the glass. I prefer more white! This again could be a yeast thing. The mouth feel and head were both excellent - although I suspect if using sugar this would not be the case. I primed with 3 grams of Dextrose which I'll increase to 4 next time - the effervescence was good with very small bubbles but I reckon I'd prefer something a little perkier. I will be using the kit again as sson as I free up some bottling capacity - rough job but someone has to do it. In conclusion - excellent beer - I don't need to wait until summer to drink it either.

Produced a very tasty brew indeed when combined with Spraymalt Wheat and some Leaf Hops. Definitely going to use it again

This kit produced a clear, pale gold coloured beer with quite a light, delicate flavour. Definitely one that can be downed after a hard days work if your thisrty! I'll keep this one on my list as a good summer thirst quencher.
