Terrible customer service

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Jul - Cooker breaks 1 month out of warranty.
Aug - Comet refuse to inspect cooker.
Sept - Threaten with court action
Sept - Comet agree to inspect.
Oct - Comet send engineer to wrong address.
Nov - Comet send engineer to inspect who agrees to fix it.
Dec - Comet send another engineer who has no record of previous engineer.

Hoping for a fix some time in 2012..... Though I've heard they may well be on their way out of business soon.
