I have ordered twice from this company & the first time the plants I ordered arrived dead. Despite this on phoning the company I was advised to still try & plant tehm. Against my better judgement i decided to give them another try & although the plants arrived alive they were not the best quality specimens one could hope to receive - one looked as though it had been sitting in the warehouse for goodness knows how long it had moss growing on the soil & by the look of the root growth poking out of the pot it was in serious need of repotting. Needless to say i shan't be ordering again

I first used Crocus 4 years ago... excellent service. However in the last 2 years I have had very bad experiences when ordering mulch/compost. Last year took far longer than they promised so I ended up cancelling... yet 2 weeks later they still tried to deliver. This year even worse (despite promises to the contrary)... delivered a part order... customer service took a week (on 2 separate occasions) to answer urgent enquiries... before I ended up cancelling the rest of the order as it had taken far too long. They may still be fine for plants but avoid mulch/compost!!

I'm a new devotee to Crocus. Particularly their cut-flower bouquets. They are well-priced, excellent quality and delivered as expected. Ordering on-line is pain-free too. I know it's a bit late in the day to mention this, but their Valentine's bouquets seem to be a good deal better value than most I've seen. I recommend them.
