dubble the trouble!

I have just spent 20 minutes trying to log on to enable my son to become a "dubble agent" but unfortunately there appears to be a problem to big for the dubble agents to solve! After completing the questionaire and ticking the box for terms and conditions I pressed "go" to be told, time and time again that I hadn't accepted terms and conditions. I've taken the tick out and redone it but no! pointless!
