To be brief, delivery did not turn up 1st time, was late 2nd time, PC (costing £2,500) broke down within 24 hours, engineer who came to fix it was late, After 3 hours he claimed he'd fixed it - broke down within an hour. Still waiting for new PC and have taken a total of 3 days off work waiting for deliveries, engineers etc. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON- EXISTANT. DO NOT BUY FROM EVESHAM.

I failed to do any research prior to buying the machine other than to assume that paying a very full price and a convenient shop would stand me in good stead for reasonable after sales service.
The actual experience of their customer services can only be described as insulting. Never again.

We purchased a computer from Evesham about 8 Months ago. It was delivered on the wrong date ? The computer was purchased as a "Music Creation system" for transferring external music on to the PC (as advertised in their brochure). It is a good computer in someways,but it will not transfer from an external source and despite several contacts Evesham don't seem to care .I believe they are only interested in selling to not supporting their customers. I have been spoken to over the telephone like I am an idiot I could not recommend them because of the lack of support.
