Placed order for a handheld GPS 21 August, only confirmed on 24th and payment taken. After repeated e-mail (Careful - they provide NO 'phone number)queries to find out why the unit never arrived eventually got a request to take this up with the local parcel force. Did this only to be told that they had the consignment number but had never been asked to collect it GearZone. Cancelled order forthwith and still waiting for refund. E-mails are ignored. Use this vendor at your peril

Ordered a Bovy Tent 2 months before I needed it. They took my money but failed to tell me it was out of stock. When I sent emails they were ignored, eventually I was informed it would be another 21 working days, I waited because there was still that amount of time before I needed it. Still it did not arrive, I have now spoken to them on the phone 01603 410108 and cancelled the order BUT AM STILL WAITING REFUND!
Gear Zone should be avoided at all cost they might be cheap but can't deliver!
Do trading standards know about Gearzone I wonder?

After ordering a North Face jacket on 14th Feb, it took Gear Zone almost a month to tell me it was out of stock (I had rung in the meantime, and was assured it was en route to them from the supplier) and not expected in for another 14 working days.
I have asked for a refund, which I've been waiting 5 days for now.....
AVOID this site - there are many similar stories on other review sites, as I found out too late!

Twice I've ordered from here (think I'd have learnt the first time) and they've been unable to fulfill my order but fail to tell me until 4 days after I've ordered. If I select something online, I'd expect it to be in stock, instead it seems to be pot luck.
