Delivery was very slow, loved the product but one dress had a very small mark on it. Didn’t see it at first. Not sent back, too much hassle!

The dress in the advert looks like good quality fabric, however the dress I received is cheap, thin fabric.I was very disappointed with my purchase & I’d like to send it back!

It hasn’t arrived on specified delivery dates
No updates on when it’s coming either
When I reach out to ask when its going to be delivered, I get told its out of stock and they are expecting it at the end of the week.. here we are at the end of the week no item.. no explanation either, leaving me to chase this yet again.

I placed my order 11 days ago and I have heard nothing since. I contacted their helpline and was told an item was not in stock. Why did they not inform me? Why do I have to chase them? I asked the operator if I could cancel my order, I did not get an answer and was cut off. I could have got the items elsewhere. I am going on holiday in 5 days. What happens if they arrive after I have left? Rubbish
