The information you can find on this site is very helpful, the job lists are very comprehensive.
I do feel that the site needs to be redesigned as it seems slow even on a BroadBand connection, they have to look at the broken links which plague the site and finally a little change to the seach engine layout will help make this site more user-friendly, anyway overall its not that bad.
