Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
This is by far the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Customer service does not come in to their company practice at all however ripping people off does. Please please please don't make the mistake I did - there are hundred of bad reviews of this company all over the ne - STAY AWAY. I wish I had of they have cost me over £300 and are trying for another £310. I am trying to get Watchdog involved. My story is too long to write but trust me don't use them.
