Paid in full for two matching leather sofas on 01 July which were supposed to be in a sale, finally delivered 09 September. One totally the wrong colour and one broken. E-mails and letters unanswered. Customer services hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Still no satisfacton. I would never risk shopping with them again.
