A) This product has a hanging bracket built in to the base, so it could indeed be used upside down. All you would need is a hook to hang it from.
Q) Can this be hung onto the Lighting Stand with T-Bar and Side Bars using the bolts supplied? - James
A) No does not have the same fitting.
