Two orders in the last two months - the first one I was told in advance that the product was not in stock but I could preorder it. Then two weeks later I received an email to say that it was out of stock. Last week I tried to order a Christmas present and received an email this afternoon to say that the product is not in stock.
Surely M&S could invest in an inventory system that stops this from happening!
