Bought 4 very expensive (£600/ea) La Traviata tickets from this site as the Scala box office was sold out. Was worried for a bit but our tickets were waiting at reception when we arrived. Expensive tickets, but good service overall - would probably use again.

ordered tickets for Barcelona vs real madrid. Paid £750 for two tickets was prmoised delivery in uk - failed to arrrive. promised delivery in barcelona before 11am. Never arraived waiting in reception all day. finally we went to collect them an hour before the match at a hotel near venue. Not the tickets we ordered or paid for, we ended up in Barcelona fans and we wer there to see Madrid!. Complaint dismissed. Very badly treated - by the Barcelona Tout and the company. BEWARE!!!!! 100% guarantee in my opinion is worthless, they just want your money!
