I would definitely recommend this website. The food was delivered within a chosen slot, the packaging was excellent and the food was very high quality. Some of it is rather pricey but there are very good value items in there too. There are some very good soups, ready meals and fresh produce.

I have placed 4 orders with Natoora to date.

The goods are extremely well packaged in air-cushioned cooled boxes.

The buffalo mozzarella is particularly good as are the deliciously sweet italian tomatoes and fragrant amalfi lemons.

I did have one delivery of meat which went astray. This was down to City Link delivering to the wrong address. The lady at Natoora was extremely apologetic and refunded me straight away.

With each order I have been given a code for £10 off my next order, so effectively free delivery. They also often include a free taster porduct (fresh chillis, cheese etc).

Some products are very pricey but others are really good value, so you need to be quite selective in what you choose.

Some of the items I have ordered in the past have not been in stock - particularly bread and fish if you order a weekend delivery.
They usually ring to let you know if anything is going to be out of stock.
