Bought a Linksys pci adapter card from Amazon, it wouldn't work, took it to PCWorld who tested it and said it was faulty. Sent item back and got a full refund from Amazon. Bought another one from PCWorld and guess what, that wouldn't work either. Tried it in a friends computer- exactly the same result, wouldn't work. Took it back to PCWorld who tested it and said it was faulty and said would I please give them £59.99 to continue as I was costing them money in trying to fix the fault??? Totally lost it in the shop and got a full refund.
Verdict: Don't buy from PCWorld(Rotherham) unless you are prepaired to cough up extra for fixing faulty goods! and think twice about wireless networking- it isn't that simple.
