Ordered a 2/3 day delivery and six days later they have still to pick up the package. No ability to speak to anyone, no feedback on the status of the delivery. No assistance.

I am tracking the order and now shows they cannot find the collection address which is a prominent office in a major town.

I fear that with this service I will not see my money back if I try to cancel.

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER KNOWN.

Arranged a collection via website for same day for next day delivery. I wasn't too suprised they didn't come the same day but by lunchtime the next day i was getting worried and so called them.

First of all, i had to pay being an 0870 number, and then i didn't actually talk to anyone. The whole process is automated! I requested for the package to be collected again but i got a brief email back saying they were keeping the original ticket number....

Ok i thought, as long as they came the next day i wouldn't be bothered. But they haven't.

This time i have emailed them, that they brag is free to do (wow!!) to cancel the order.

I like to give companies a fair crack, and i'm no housewive who has nothing better to do than moan but i felt compelled to put people off. Please don't use them!

I read some reviews and thought i would give them a go anyway. What a mistake that was....

Don't use these charlatans - i waited in all day for a collection that didnt show up, i then tried to register a failed collection & they 'disputed' it not because the courier failed to turn up but because i'd reported it twice ! I then had to send many emails just to get my money back, & just got nonsensical automated replies , they only refunded me because i complained to Paypal. If they've conned you, complain to paypal, your credit card co., & their local trading standards office - is parcel2go the worst courier company in the world ?

This company is a joke. They take ages to respond to a simple e-mail query. Their website is also a joke. I became so furious because I needed to send an expensive item to the USA and could not find any useful information about insurance,or much else,after wandering on their stupid website for hours,always going back to the same menus because ,admittedly,there are only 4 of them,and they are as generic as a 12 pence tomato can that you buy from Tesco (the ones marked 'Value').

That's how good they are. The courier service,DHL,that I have used is not so bad but please avoid Parcel 2 Go if you want a better and less stressful life.

In another instance,they took almost 4 weeks and about 3 phonecalls and half dozen of e-mails to process a £ 10.56 refund.....seriously,they are rubbish

Parcel2Go are a little cheaper than Parcelforce but they are not worth the money they do charge. They don't collect the parcels when they say they will. I have no idea if they ever deliver them but I have spent 2 days waiting in for a collection, unable to get through to them on the telephone, no replies to e-mails. My credit card payment was processed promptly, though. Definitely not recommended, a very poor service.

We live in Spain, which is wonderful...but getting deliveries here is not! Parcel Farce will only accept UK postcodes, and we don't have a UK address, thus...we can't use them.
Parcel2go not only allow us to prepay for our deliveries, but get them here quickly. Following the procedures for parcel collection is relatively easy and payment is even easier.
Why not a 10 rating? They don't (yet) do collections from Spain to the UK and elswhere.
Otherwise a perfect company (and did I mention cheaper than the others?)

Attracted by the 25 pond rate i sent a few parcels to European destinations. BOY do i wish i had paid the extra for UPS and the like.
Package for Demark ended up in Channel Islands and if i totted up the time i have spent (plus phone call costs trying to get through to the right dept at Parcel to Go and sort it) I thinks its cost more than services which work !!

I have never had such a bad experience from a company, they take the money and do not deliver( well in my case they did not even collect !), leave you hanging on the phone constantly, give you inaccurate information regarding contact details, phone numbers, claims procedures, and not to mention the excuses of expansion and inability to cope with the ever increasing number of parcels they have to deal with (oooh diddums !).
they claim that they do not have any contact with drivers, and therefore cannot find out the reason why the parcel is not collected.

Unless you have stacks of cash you want to throw away or you are just completely insane then "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND WILL NOT ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A GOOD SERVICE."
