I purchased a bra/brief set from Primark when I tried the bra @ home it did not fit although it was in my size.When I returned it for a refund which was refused as it was a set with briefs.3 members of staff did not dispute that the briefs had not been removed from the hanger but would allow no discretion on the policy not to refund on briefs.If I had tried it in the fitting room I would presumably have been allowed to return it to the shop floor when it did not fit.Other companies show discretion ,I am disappointed and ouy off pocket as Primark does not.

i am a 48 year old man and as most men i do not like shopping, however i really do like primark. everything is well priced and there are some really good clothes both for youngsters and for everybody else. i really reccommend primark as the best value for money high street clothes shop i have ever used.

A good place which gives you value for money esp for pyjamas & stockings - absolutely cheap & comfy.

I have only just discovered Primark as there is one in Hackney where I have just moved. I thought that they were just a "cheapo" shop but I've been amazed at the quality of the clothes & the value for money. There's a good variety of items & I pop in at least once every week.

I don't think there's another shop on the high street that offers the same items at the great prices.
