I have read many unfortunate reviews of Savapoint regarding customer service or rather the lack of it. Time has not been a great healer for Savapoint if my latest experience is anything to go by. Having read previous reviews it seems pointless to ring them up. Sending them emails to their support, returns and customer service reveals that they are clearly too busy to deal with you because they want you to ring their premium rate number. I just had a query over faulty goods and asked for advice - it can I return it under guarantee or can I fix it? The result is a deafening silence. So if that is their attitude then I shall do the other thing and I suggest you do the same thing and go elsewhere. I have at least 8 emails to this company out of which I had three replies all telling me to ring the 0870 number - no advice, no service. You have been warned.

I ordered a laptop in the sale. I heard nothing for three weeks and then got an email saying contact us! When I did I got a nice bloke that tried to explain, he said there was a problem with my address. I phoned my bank and this was not true. I even sent them a copy of a bill for my address. I phoned back and got a supervisor, he told me the same thing, this is rubbish as I have automated infil and I checked it and it is correct. He then told me there was a security problem, but could not explain what? He then said, it would cost too much to send overseas (France) they had accepted my order! Then he said, we do not sent items of high value overseas. To date I have not received my money back or had the laptop delivered. He became more aggressive and intemidating as he went along, at the end he was ranting about all sort and I just hung up. I have now taken the matter up with the advertising agency and Consumer Direct.
Please note, they do not answer your emails, they want you to talk to Mr aggressive! The offers are great, but the service is poor. I certainly don't trust them.

I have been waiting for more than two weeks for my order. When I phoned to confirm that it would be sent I was promised that it would be posted the following day. It was not and the excuse was that it was out of stock. I have paid an additional fee for a guaranteed next day delivery but having checked on the order tracking page it is still awaiting despatch.

The customer services people have no manners and give the impression that customers are a nuisance.

Never again Savapoint!

Order item from Savapoint in September 2006 for delivery to Malta.After several e-mails and telephone calls to their 08700 number,which cost a fortune from Malta, I am still unable to get any sence out of this Company.
They tell me they don't dispatch to International addresses but they have charged me with Overseas postage,which they refuse to refund.I was told today to give them a U.K. address to dispatch to, what good is a U.k. address when I reside in Malta? This company is living in cookoo land.
Even Dick Turpin wore a MASK.
Don't give them your money it will do more good giving it to Children in Need.

I hadn't heard of Savapoint before but a PC game I wanted was on the site for £0.00 with just £2.99 for shipping.

After reading the negative reviews here I nearly didn't go for it, but in the end I did and it arrived within 4 days, in time for my birthday. Game is new, fully boxed, manuals, everything.

Considering it was basically free except shipping costs, and it came so quickly, I am very impressed with Savapoint.

The WORST Customer Services experience of my life - without any exageration. Stole my 22 quid.

I ordered Norton on the website but noticed a mistake so didnt finish the process. The site says it wont process unless you click here - Oh yes it does. Anyway I ordered again. Never received confirmation emails. Then notices it was debited twice on my account. Rang them up - too late to stop order. Told to send one back return to sender. Have been ringing up every week and they say havent received it but it will be no problem. Then 2 weeks ago I was told they had it and took my CC details to give refuned. " Two weeks later no refund. Rang back and was put on to Supervisor. Told they would not refund as how did he know I had returned it. NO empathy basically calling me a liar.
I said why on earth would I have made 2 orders within 60 seconds otherwise - he said how should he know why I did it. Said I should have used recorded delivery even though it was them who told me not to. Supervisor said I should have ignored their advisors comment and used my common sense. Refused to refund point blank. Said that no one else has had problem with website so not going to investigate it.
Said if my credit card company refunded me they would take it off again. I asked who to complain to and was told MD would not accept calls and to send letter to customer services manager but that it would go to him anyway so I said what is the point in that and he said there is no point because he wouldnt do anything with it.
I said after getting no where after 5 minutes that he was basically being a (bleep) and was told I was a (bleep) also.
Im afraid I did in the end get very irate and called him a few things I shouldnt have but my blood was boiling so much and with provocation.

All but one of my previous purchases went okay. On that occasion they took some convincing by phone that the item should include 2 discs and not one (Ghost 9.0). This time has convinced me not to deal with them again. I have been waiting more than 3 months for a 2.99 purchase. They have not replied to any of my e-mails or letters. I am certainly not going to spend money on a long phone call to them (0870 number). I am reclaiming the money on my credit card. I would not recommend buying an item for an amount you are not willing to loose.

I received faulty goods. E-mails were ignored for months. When I finally got through just empty promises.I am still waiting for my goods (1 year)

i used savapoint last february 04 to buy a usb wristwatch and in october04 it went faulty, sent it back to them for repair or replacement. and after waiting 3 months the item arrived but still faulty sent it back again and ask for a refund or a replcement but thei don't want to know. please don't use them no more thei are cow boys. and tiscali are losing lots of customers thanks to savapoint.
i am holding tiscali responsible for recommending these cowboys to me.

Ordered mid December 2004. Took my money but did not delvered as of 27/01/05.

Keep sending stock email advising if I dont receive within 48 to 72 hours I am to contact again, but all you get is same response. Tried telephoning but alwasys engaged.

Dont use them.
