Spent five days and £40 on phone calls trying to ascertain the location of a netbook I ordered with next day delivery.
Had my identity and gender challenged by their fraud department because, while *my* details were in order, *they* were using an out of date electoral register to verify customers' billing addresses (who knows what would have happened if I'd changed address!).
I've spent the time since then (30 days so far) trying to lodge a complaint for this and their refusal to talk to me about it - I only talked to a supervisor when they called back three days later and they didn't call back after I told them I couldn't take a phone call at that time.
So far, they have failed to respond to two e-mails and refused to admit their phone jockeys can talk to other employees so many times I can't count them any more.
