I visit the shop in Windsor roughly every 5/6 weeks. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Today I wanted, apart from my usual Pico Duarte in 1/4 lb packets, a particular gift pack for a friend containing Pico Duarte but couldn't find it. Alex looked himself and found what I wanted exactly. I then wanted some flavoured instant coffees and some chocolate coffee beans for my son. Again, Alex helpfully carried the coffee to the desk for me and got my chocolate coffee beans to help me in a rather crowded shop. Both he and the young lady at the till were very cheerful and happy and when I said I wanted to get my son some instant teas but didn't know which of the new ones he would like, they helpfully suggested I take him there and they would let him taste all the new ones. How much more helpful could they get? It is a pleasure to shop in the Windsor Whittards.
