Sent me a used iPad instead of a new one

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I ordered Monday night a IPad Air 2 128gb for just under £500.
I paid for next day delivery as it was a present needed for Father's Day.
Wednesday it arrived and it was immediately obvious there was a problem. The parcel was sealed but the iPad inside not - it was covered in black grease also.
Opening it up I found incorrect packaging (bought lots of iPads before)
I also found a dirty and damaged through excessive use 30 pin charger! It doesn't use a 30 pin charger.
Clearly a used unit.
I went to my receipt, I went to my emails ... I went to the website ... NO CUSTOMER SEVICES CONTACT ANYWHERE.
I contacted them via Facebook as initial website query ignored. They REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CO TACT NUMBER.
I then said they should send a replacement the next day to swap it. THEY REFUSED TO SEND A UNIT TO SWAP.
They said the only solution was for me to return the unit and as I was 'under contract' with them to purchase the unit they would send one WITHIN 30 DAYS!
I have been told if I wish to complain the will come back to me WITHIN 24 to 48 HOURS! It's clear you are seriously at risk if you trade with these people. There are other complaints on the web also. Do a google or look at Twitter.

Cancelled my order

I placed an order on the 24/11/12 £7 off £70 spend voucher used and accepted, to be emailed today 26/11/12 to say could not sell me certain product as too cheap i can replace order at higher price, they cancelled the whole order not just the item they priced wrong. when i tried reordering items again (minus item refused to sell me) they refused to accept voucher code.
Telephone call fifteen minutes later still not resolved as to why whole order cancelled and promised to phone me back in a few minutes, no telephone call, no order, no satisfaction from customer services at all.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.
shop elsewhere where they appreciate your custom.

accepts orders but no stock

I ordered on 1 Dec. The item listing said despatch 3-5 days, but this changed to 7 days. 9 days later I had to ask what was happening and they said delivery would be next week. But next day they cancelled the order having discovered they were out of stock, nearly 2 weeks after I placed the order.
On the plus side, the website is nice and the prices are competitive. Just shame the service doesn't live up to my expectations. Not recommended
