it is true that H&M is value for fashion, but the shop is completely a mess, sometimes it feel as though you have to search through piles of clothes. The shop needs less junk and mess. Organistation is what it needs. It is very hard to find clothes so i just look at the accessories. The environment can be a stressful experience. Get the changing rooms sorted out!!they are too busy. Allow more space between clothes rails, the ranges need to be more organised. Im not impressed with the karl lagerfield designs and the placement of them in the shop is ridiculous, yes you can find them but they are completely squashed together.
The staff are terrible when it comes to bringing items back. They are extremely funny for example I brought back an item within its month of receipt and the staff were spectating on whether they can give me a refund as that item was no longer in stock.

OMG Im so happy this year with my winter wardrobe. I am just under 18 in school and currently have no job. So when i get money from my parents i usually have to think carefully before buying. However in H&M I feel so free and buy lots of clothing and accesoreeeeees!
I recommend this store to anyone in my position as they have a lot of different styles, even more quirky stuff that im into!!!

H&M is an absoloutly fantastic shop. Its clothes are somewhat unique and they are cheap, yet at the same time good- quality. I have not, yet, had any sorts of problems with this store! The ONLY con is the fact that you can grow out of the clothes. I can't say anything bad about this place!

I have bought 3 items for my girlfrend in H&M but they appeared to be of wrong size and secondly, my girlfriend found them not good enough for her. I decided to exchange them for something for myself. I misplaced my receipt somewhere but I didnt think it could cause any problems because I didnt want refund - just exchange. Moreover, all items I wanted to exchage still had price labels with H&M logo on them and never been worn. And all dresses I wanted to give back still were in stock. Despite of all of this floor manager in women department forbidden to her staff to exchane anything without receipt. She told me that a receipt or a bank statement must be provided as a proof of purchase. I pointed her attention on the pice tags still attached to the dresses and she told that it doesnt proove that dresses have been bought from Oxford Circus branch of H&M. She gave me customer service departament phone number but didnt let me to use the shop's phone to call and because it was 16:55 I coulndt contact customer service ontime: I went upstairs to call from mobile phone but the customer service department has closed at 5 pm. I became angry and when I went downstairs again and asked her name she refused tell me her name and she didnt have a badge with the name on it. When I approached a shop assistant with the same question but he told me that he couldnt tell me any names except of his own. Cool! My conclusion is: I cant tell you anything about H&M in a whole but I wouldt reccomend you to have shopping in Oxford Circus branch of H&M. The stuff here is incompetent, rude, and arrognant. You can go there for pleasure only if you are hardcore mazochist. If you are not its much better to buy stuff in Top Shop which is located next to H&M across the road.
