rubbish mini fan

today I bought a connect-it mini fan from your High Wycombe store. I found it extremely difficult to open it to put in the batteries, only to find that it did not work! I do not visit High Wycombe very often so I would be obliged if you would exchange it for one that works and send me a stamped address envelope so I can return it to you.
