Purchase rug described as wool online. I waited 11 days, the date of delivery, driver never turned up. They turned up the following day with item not as described. Contacted seller, who was offering me discount to keep an item I do not want.
I had to pay £9.19 to return an item sold under false pretence. Beware!!!!

The carpet was rolled so tight that it has left lines right across the carpet and looks awful. A couple of them have gone but still have two. Apart from that it is great.

So Impressed with the service and communication. We had to send the item back as the size wasn't quite right for us. It was arranged to go back and the next day we received full refund offered. I immediately reordered the bigger size. Keep up the good work.
