Needed a rear paddock stand for a bike with 19" wheels. My current stand was for sports bikes and didn't lift the rear wheel of the new bike off the ground. GhostBikes website gave all the relevant dimensions for the paddock stand I purchased. It was delivered on time and lifted the 19" rear wheel of the ground no problem.

Hello, I used the site to ask for feedback about taking a bicycle as special baggage. While the agents responded quite quickly, I found that some of my specific questions were not answered despite me asking them several times.

Absolutely would not recommend this company! I waited significantly longer due to quality control’. To then open the parcel for my sons birthday expecting to see a picture of him on his bike, instead it is a picture of a random family! It is completely ridiculous that such a mistake can occur. Very very disappointed and await a refund asap!!!

Terrible Company do not Use

I placed an order at the end of July2023 for 7 plants for £97. 4 plants were sale plants at £1 each the others were an Albizia Tree for £29.99, Wisteria Okayama for £19,99 and Wisteria Floribunda for £36.95. The 3 main plants were really terrible (so were the £1 plants but that was expected for £1 each). All in very poor health with leaves falling off, brown spot, damaged leaves. The Albizia was tall and very weedy - the main stem was hardly the width of a pipe cleaner and the 4 leaves at the top were yellowing and falling off. I tried to return all the plants and received no reply from my email with photos or my online form with photos. Impossible to return the plants as no carrier will take a package this tall and some carriers have a no plants policy. complete waste of almost £100. NOT HAPPY. DO NOT USE GARDENING EXPRESS ONLINE.

Great choice of bike gear, ordered a helmet but it was too big which is my fault. Sent it back for free and they called me to check my exchange details and they’ve sent me another one out. Great service. Thanks very much. 100% recommend.

You sent me a totally wrong order a waterproof over suit instead of bike lock. Spent 1 hour 27min trying to contact you. Then I sent you email which you didn’t bother getting back to. I still cannot lock up my bike?

My parcel was stolen by the carrier im in the middle of getting my refund waiting on bank statements for proof of purchase. Very disappointed as I came of my bike the same day I was ment to get my armoured jacket and broken my collar bone.

I’m a CBT instructor and on my bike everyday and my kit wears out fast so having good quality kit at cheap prices is good for me and my students see this and always ask where to get kit from so I recommend Ghostbikes

Love the colour! 3 in 1 is such a practical design. The jacket arrived very promptly.
It was a good price; I don’t think I’d have kept it at full price : there were no strings to adjust the hood nor any poppers at the sides to facilitate riding a bike .
