Service and Product excellent (Laser printer toner)
However I did notice an extra charge on my phone bill though my package covers all local calls being free.

Product ordered was printer toner - product delivered (next day, which is good) was padded envelopes.
Customer service took three attempts to get through - queuing then cut-off.
Was then told a replacement would be sent for next day and an additional courier would be arranged to pick up the envelopes - could not be the same one. Also told there had to be a refund and new invoice issued which I wou

I have put excellent as the calm cleanser and toner have transformed my Rosascea.However,the calm gentle
serum made my skin very red and I had a burning feeling when I used it.I shall be
returning it and sticking to my usual products.
