Your booking team could not book the flights I had on line (which I had a price for)
They told me the Ncl-Paris flight didn’t exist even though it does, I was booking a multi city ticket. We ended up ha ing to change dates and pay more. Your contact thought Guadeloupe was part of french mainland!!! No idea of geography and English poor. I am disgusted at the level of service

Good to be able to find flights and book with confidence as AF is a trusted brand, but at one stage the booking engine wasn't available in the UK which was frustrating. Also when looking at multi stop itinerary (adding a stopover in Paris on the way out to Madagascar) there didn't appear to be an option to select a more flexible fare.

I like where you can scroll across the days to find which day has the cheapest flight. I did not like that this function did not work properly on the return flight.
Could not find how to do a multi city flight, it used to be on the drop down with one way & return.

I was trying to book a multi destination flight, when trying to get to the payment page online, an error popped up. I had to call the customer service who made a temporary booking with an additional fee which made me very upset as I was paying for the fact that your website was not working and they told me that I can call back anytime to pay as the customer service is open 24/7. I called on Sunday

Always nice but I think having a basket approach would be brilliant.

Give more accurate colour details. Just received Cream multi extra large rug. Would actually say was more Grey which is a colour I don’t really like. Rug lovely though. OAP so too much hassle to return

Being a little critical the rug seems to have a minor flaw across the middle of the rug meaning that it appears to be raised but due to the multi coloured pattern after having it down for a few days we find in general we don't see it, its only when we sit down and study the rug that it is noticeable.
My wife thinks it's probably a second. However we like the the rug and will keep it.

I ordered shorts for myself and my brother-in-law, socks and added the swimming trunks which were in the sale. The shorts are great quality and awesome for lifting weights because they have stretch in them. I love the unique colours on the socks and shorts and I keep getting asked in the gym where I got them! I don't generally swim in trunks but they are great for wearing in my wetsuit for a day o
