Received my parcel which included four leaded glass panels for the lamp holder.One of the leaded lights is cracked and unserviceable.The clips for securing the glass, will not tighten sufficiently to secure the glass.In my opinion the parcel should have been marked as fragile,handle with care.

I ordered two items. The larger item is really lovely and delivered on time. The second small item that has 6 photos was delivered later and there are cream square shaped borders within each photo that l don’t like the look of. I don’t understand why the borders are not around the edges of the photos.

All good except the delivery by Yodel: they failed to deliver to my neighbour as requested by me and confirmed by Yodel, leaving the large package outside my front door in public view and exposed to the elements.

The website was easy to use and placing an order was very straightforward. My order was packed very nicely in a secure box which was delivered to my door an Evri courier within the specified time. Excellent service.

The picture was "glazed" with plastic not glass. The plastic was dirty. Very disappointing.

Excellent if you're on a budget (You get what you pay for), kitchen products superficially look nice but the "devil is in the detail", we have purchased several Klarstein products and up close they are low-quality and poorly manufactured. Lamp is quite elegant and effective for its purpose.

However, the lamp was very fiddly to assemble [internet reviews have said similar] and the glass cover broke during assembly. Some parts remain only partially secure.

I had a delivery booked for this evening (Saturday 16th December). Order number 3281-5176-28. Unfortunately myself and my partner tested positive for Covid this morning so I contacted Tesco Customer Servcies to see if there was a way that your driver could make the delivery without coming into contact with me or my partner. The person I spoke to said she would phone the store and ask the driver if they would be prepared to open the patio door, lean in, and put the shopping on the couch (which is right by the patio door). The driver would not have needed to enter the property.
I got a call from Natalie, who is a dot com manager at the Ebbw Vale store, at around 12pm on Saturday 16th December. She told me she wasn't prepared to ask the driver if they would object to leaving the shopping on the couch. I asked if she would allow the shopping to be left in trays outside my house and she told me that was against Tesco policy. I asked if she could send the driver with bags or boxes (as an exception to the usual rule) because of the circumstances, and she said no. She told me the only way to proceed would be for me to put bags outside the house so the driver could put the shopping in there. I told her I didn't have enough bags to contain all the shopping (it was a large shop) I told her that my partner and I were very ill and that we had no food in the house. I told her that because of her inflexible attitude we would be compelled to go to a food store ourselves (even though we can hardly stand and the nearest store is 20 miles away) and infect other people in the store.
She said she could ask the driver to leave the food on the ground outside the house (without any protection). I was sobbing by this point because of the desperate nature of the situation, I told her it was muddy and dirty outside the house and I wasn't happy for the food to be left in the mud. At this point she told me I was being unreasonable and hung up the phone. She then immediately cancelled the order without my asking her to. This has left myself and my partner is a terrible situation. If Natalie had not hung up the phone and cancelled the order I would have asked her to ask the driver to leave the food on a blanket on the ground outside or on the back seat of my partner's car. As things are, we don't know what to do. The delivery that Natalie cancelled contained medication for our symptoms and covid tests as well as food and other essentials. There is no-where nearby that we can get these things.
Where I live is very rural and the nearest supermarket is around an hour's drive away. There are no delivery slots available with Tesco or Asda (the only other store that might deliver here) until after Christmas. I believe that Natalie must have known this and that she cancelled the order out of vindictiveness (knowing that there could have been a solution that enabled me to get my delivery tonight). Her attitude had been obstructive and hostile from the beginning of our conversation.
I saw from my email inbox that my shopping had already been picked and paid for so I called 0330 123 4055 in the hope that the cancellation could be reversed and the delivery reinstated (it had only been a few minutes since the cancellation confirmation was sent). The person I spoke to then (he didn't tell me his name) repeated what Natalie had told me and said there was nothing he could do. I was very upset at this point and asked how I could get to speak to a manager. He told me he was a manager and hung up the phone. I phoned back immediately and spoke to someone called Brad. He was not rude and hostile in the same way as Natalie and the man I spoke to previously on the helpline, but he reiterated that nothing could be done and all of this was Tesco policy.
I will be taking every opportunity I can find (online forums/social media etc) to warn other Tesco customers about what will happen if they try to protect Tesco delivery drivers by forewarning customer services that they have Covid.

The lamp (banker's table lamp) came with a little defect: the green glass shadow would not stand and is always falling down.

The owner is passive aggressive, she's disorganized, patronizing, snobby and two faced... She cannot make up her mind one minute she complains to customers about her useless staff the next minute she hasn't got a problem with staff.... She shares a lot of personal information about herself and other customers, closes her shop for weeks on end for no reason and she doesn't explain why she does this, and then cannot accept when she's later questioned about it by local folk.... She's always complaining about the too good to go app and blames the customer for ordering on the app instead she tries to insist or upsell her products in-store and gets customers to buy a poor value £3.00 surprise bag compared to the bag she stocks on the app. She will make out your stupid and forgetful but the reality is, her attitude is hit and miss, you never know what mood she's going to be in. I cannot understand the people who give good reviews, they have clearly not seen the nasty vindictive side of her. When I first met her she was very freindly but unfortunately it didn't take long to see her true colours.

Now onto the food quality, she rarely changes the oil she fries the chips in, so you get stake chips, when you ask her for condiments behind the counter, the sauce bottles she hands over to you are almost empty and your fighting to get the excess out, all you get is drips and drops... Pathetic. She closes when she feels like it, basically when she's had enough and there's no business, or halfway through the day, from one day to the next, she's unpredictable and it's got nothing to do with the times stated on the door. She will claim otherwise, however never trust anything that comes out of her mouth.

Food delivered is cold, items missing, JustEat drivers steal them, they are rude and she over charges for snacks I can buy cheaper in M&S Cafe. At least M&S Cafe has the venue capacity and not located in south shore lytham road, an area known to drug users, rubbery, and anti social behaviour. No thanks. I won't be back. She makes you wait ages as she's mostly in her own serving and preparing. Yet she'll deny she's got a staffing issue. She is an unsuitable business owner she has zero business ethic and just bury's her head in the sand. She needs to sort that business out, not pretend it's working when everyone can see it's not, and those who are too "polite" to tell her, are her favorite customers.

I paid a relatively low fee for shipping and handling compared to other shops. The item was delivered to my door, and delivered very quickly.

The product is also of good quality.

I particularly like how well-packaged the unit was. Although DPD couriers handled it very well, I think it could've withstood a minor drop. It used some unusual shaped cushioning, moulded to the exact sizes of both the unit and the shipping container. As such, it's probably reusable for cushioning different equipment, during reorganising storage etc.
