What I like was the help I had at the automated machine to check in my luggage, and all the people working for Air Fraance were really nice and friendly, the vegetarian sandwich was nice and the seats comfy, what I would like is for the Economy class with 1 x hand-luggage to have the choice to have it as a hand-luggage or as a 1 x big luggage in the hold.

Excellent service on board of the plane, comfy seats and tasty food.
The only drawback for me is that my luggage does not always arrive woth me but it may not be airlines fault. Otherwise I would rate them 5 stars.

I opened my shirts yesterday and one had rips under both arms, so disappointed. I don’t have the time to send back and have thrown the packaging as I didn’t see it initially. I will now have to have this repaired at my expense.

Fast delivery. Lost 1 star because YODEL was the delivery company and YODEL always try and throw my packages over my back gate. (Because they are lazy) Luckily my son intercepted this one before they could launch it.

Everything that I have ordered from Hunkemoller is excellent quality. I struggle to find good quality underwear that fits nice, looks nice and is comfy. I won't go anywhere else now for my purchases. Booked Noir brassiere for a girlfriends evening out.
Pre arranged booking for a platter for 3 people. At first slight confusion because I thought they provided light bites and other bistro food services and beverages.
The person who I spoke too explained platters have to be pre- ordered because they are prepared on the day also paying a booking deposit of £10.
On the day of our platter evening. We drove up and we were quite impressed with the frontage of the cafe/ Bistro lovely display of Christmas trees, in the front of the window with lovely fairy lights.
Lovely high back gothic style cream chairs placed around a round table. But once you got inside the bistro a mishmash of tables and chairs thrown together. No wine bar or any signs of a kitchen only one young worker was on doing everything.
I went up to him and told him I had booked a table for a platter evening. He replied and told me the table is set up.
When I looked there were three small saucer size side plates set out with cutlery and paper napkins.
I asked for a hot beverage to my dismay he responded we donât do hot beverages because we donât have a kitchen all he could offer was soft drinks and they have bottles of wine but not a wine bar.
He then brought our platters to us.
I was absolutely disgusted because it was quite evident a few packets of crackers and probably one packet of deli meat along with a pack of dried sausage rolls and cheese were put out to cover three platter plates thrown onto the platter plate which was obviously left out on the side for a couple of hours because of this one young person who was by himself.
This is a total misrepresentation of promoting and advertising they are Brasserie/ wine bar offering high end light bites and bistro food. It wasnât expensive evening but it was money down the drain for poor food and no service.
I will not be going back !!!!!

The only thing that i was a bit miffed about is that i ordered 2 pairs to make sure i got the right size and send back the ones that dont fit, but didnt realise you get money taken off refund because i returned a pair. If it was an exchange it would be free. I wish id have realised and I w

Both of the packs of paper were slightly damaged, and I can only guess that was because they were loose in a BIG box and possibly thrown around in van!
Only three items out of five items that I wished to order were available, so bit disappointed and will now have to source elsewhere.
