There are seats left in La premiere which I could book with miles but can’t upgrade to from business class with miles. I was told different information by agents on the phone about whether upgrading would even be possible. If a business booking class is unable to be upgraded from this should be clearly highlighted in the ticket info. It is not.

Lors de l`achat de mon billet Air France, a la suite de la greve de Eurostar, Vendredi 1er Dec le matin jài eu une tres mauvaise experience.
Au moment de payer mon vol premierement cotise a 250pounds a chaque occasion que j`essayais de valider mon achat mon paiement etait refusè et le tarrif a augmentait 4 fois jusqu`a 680 pounds qui ète varaiemnt trop elevè et je nàvais pas le

Bonjour je suis très déçu de air France car j' ai eu trop de retard sur mon vol allée comme retour 3h à l allée et 2h au retour en plus je suis allé sur le site de air France prendre mon billet d'avion au point d avoir une assistante en ligne mais pour un billet de 680€ je suis retrouvé a payer 100€ en plus et je trouve que c est de l arnaque merci cordialement

I recently ordered a dress by telephone which was in stock and telephoned yesterday to find out why I had not received it only to be told it was not in stock. Surely at the very least I could have been advised but it was definitely in stock when I ordered. I also find that the orders are taking far too long to arrive. Very disappointed with Peter Hahn!
