Business class on board was the same as I remember from traveling before Covid, for a flight to Rio from Paris it was comfortable and almost relaxing (I'm not a fan of flying) however boarding as a business class traveller no longer has the simple benefit of being out of the 'crush' once on the airbridge walking to the plane and started the journey off on the wrong foot.

Great products at a good price. Delivery is always prompt and efficient. Packaging is good and the products are easily spread using a hand spreader.

I paid extra for seats (proof of payment and seat reservation at hand), and only noticed when boarding the flight that Air France seated me in my original seat.

Damaged hand luggage:
On flight AF1314, Paris CDG to Birmingham BHX, 27 December 2023, my hand luggage was put in the aircraft hold.
Upon arrival, my small suitcase was damaged, no longer usable.
I filled in the relevant complaint form online and sent it, with photographs, to Air France, as soon as I collected the suitcase at Birmingham Airport.
I have heard NOTHING from Air France. Today is 2 M

The way to book a flight was quite easy, not too complicated.
Would be good to explain better baggage allowance. I couldn't understand, I can bring a hand luggage and a bag both weight 12 kg or just the bag 12 kg.

you could have more options about how much luggage to take.
I need more space than a small case. But I don't want to be lugging 3 cases around with me . So why not an option of 1 large case and a hand bag.

My boarding pass was not available on email, I had to go to the airport check desk to print my boarding pass and the lady took my hand luggage, despite the fact I wanted to keep it with me. Also, when we landed I noticed from the place window my luggage was dropped from the hold compartment and was lying in the wet tarmac and it was all wet.

What I like was the help I had at the automated machine to check in my luggage, and all the people working for Air Fraance were really nice and friendly, the vegetarian sandwich was nice and the seats comfy, what I would like is for the Economy class with 1 x hand-luggage to have the choice to have it as a hand-luggage or as a 1 x big luggage in the hold.

The radiator was advertised including the valve. Owing to a website issue (valve charge of £69 was being added at checkout) I had to call next day to get it added to the order.

Order was received without valve and was subsequently told that if I wanted a valve like the one ordered / confirmed over the phone I now had to hand over an extra £50.

Unpleasant and dishonest sales tactics.

Disappointing Experience At Asda Wallington: Extremely Poor Customer Service 1 out of 10

I recently visited ASDA Wallington and unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the extremely poor customer service provided by the Operational manager. As a loyal and regular customer, I have always had positive experiences at ASDA, but this particular encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Upon entering the store, I encountered a problem with an item I had purchased the previous week. I approached V* the Operational Manager, to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of displaying empathy and understanding, V was dismissive and unhelpful. She showed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns and seemed more focused on rushing me away.

Not only did V fail to provide any solutions, but she also displayed a condescending attitude throughout our interaction. Her dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were truly disheartening. As an Asda customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance from a manager. Unfortunately, V's demeanor fell far short of these expectations.

Moreover, V's lack of knowledge about the store's policies procedures and overall products was evident. She seemed unaware of the basic protocols for handling customer complaints and seemed uninterested in escalating the matter or involving other colleague members who might have been better equipped to assist. This lack of competence and willingness to help left me feeling disregarded and unheard.

What disappointed me the most was V's inability to empathize with my situation. Customer service should always prioritize understanding and resolving customer issues promptly. However, V seemed more concerned with maintaining her authority than addressing my concerns. This level of indifference is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ASDA Wallington as a whole.

I sincerely hope that ASDA Head Office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue at hand. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the behavior exhibited by V was far from satisfactory. I urge the senior management team at asda head office to provide additional training to their colleagues, particularly in the area of customer relations, to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same disappointing experience.

In conclusion, my visit to Asda Wallington was marred by the extremely poor customer service displayed by the Operational manager, V. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall indifference towards my concerns were deeply unsatisfactory. I hope that Asda Wallington takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue and provides better training and support to their staff to improve the overall customer experience.

Although,i have so much like for Air France until I was disappointed some years back when I was give meal with a bad table,I couldn't use it, I held my food in my hand wasn't comfortable eating ,the air hostess apologies and said they will compensate me with.
