Order was market as dispatched, given a invoice and money taken from my account. Yet 5 days later courier still said they were waiting for the sender to drop the parcel. IMPROVE - Maybe consider better packaging, the item I purchased was a curved Motorcycle Helmet Visor, it arrived in a jiffy bag, It was undamaged but the potential was there to have been.

Bought the Elite Gaming PC for my nephew and works like a charm. Complete with GTX 1660 Super and 16gb RAM, it plays Flight Simulator smoothly on high settings and getting great fps. Highly recommend. Would never have known it was refurbished.
Delivery was incredibly fast. Delivered in under 48hrs on standard delivery!

Very pleased with the lamp base. It has a rocker switch and came ready to plug into a 3 pin socket. Having the adjustable height is an unusual but useful feature. Arrived well wrapped and fast delivery. Nothing not to like.

Booked Noir brassiere for a girlfriends evening out.
Pre arranged booking for a platter for 3 people. At first slight confusion because I thought they provided light bites and other bistro food services and beverages.
The person who I spoke too explained platters have to be pre- ordered because they are prepared on the day also paying a booking deposit of £10.
On the day of our platter evening. We drove up and we were quite impressed with the frontage of the cafe/ Bistro lovely display of Christmas trees, in the front of the window with lovely fairy lights.
Lovely high back gothic style cream chairs placed around a round table. But once you got inside the bistro a mishmash of tables and chairs thrown together. No wine bar or any signs of a kitchen only one young worker was on doing everything.
I went up to him and told him I had booked a table for a platter evening. He replied and told me the table is set up.
When I looked there were three small saucer size side plates set out with cutlery and paper napkins.
I asked for a hot beverage to my dismay he responded we donât do hot beverages because we donât have a kitchen all he could offer was soft drinks and they have bottles of wine but not a wine bar.
He then brought our platters to us.
I was absolutely disgusted because it was quite evident a few packets of crackers and probably one packet of deli meat along with a pack of dried sausage rolls and cheese were put out to cover three platter plates thrown onto the platter plate which was obviously left out on the side for a couple of hours because of this one young person who was by himself.
This is a total misrepresentation of promoting and advertising they are Brasserie/ wine bar offering high end light bites and bistro food. It wasnât expensive evening but it was money down the drain for poor food and no service.
I will not be going back !!!!!

Easy to order, however my gaming PC arrived without power cable. Customer service very helpful though and had dispatched the missing item. The cable didn’t arrive as expected but after few days delay. I rang customer service again and they suggested it’s a simple cable I can purchase anywhere. Luckily the cable finally arrived.
