Review from an Internet Shopaholic...I have ordered many books from Amazon UK over the past few years, and the service has been brilliant every time. Fast delivery, correct billing and always very helpful with queries. I can't think of anything negative to say about this website; they obviously know what the words 'Customer Satisfaction' mean.

I have only ever ordered books, cd's and Play Station games and I have only ever ordered new, nothing second hand. What I like about Amazon is that they keep you informed by email all the way. The goods, as someone has already said, may not be the cheapest on the net but they appear to be 100% reliable. Delivery times are pretty quick, a colleague of mine had his stuff within about a day and a half. Everything is well packaged and I've never had any reason to contact their customer services. All my deliveries have been 'spot on'. I've not given them full marks because nothing is perfect but I love them!
