Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I ordered goods & it took 2 days for them to let me know one was out of stock. They asked me to advise what I would like to do & before I could do that they had taken the money out of my account, a week later & I have still not received a refund. I would be very careful when dealing with these people.
