they had always been ok, but called up and switched my tariff with out my prior agreement. ok it's cheaper, but i did not agree so the guy who called should not have done it. so i would say be careful if they call about your tariff. the also sent me a new handset, which i didn;t want - a different model to what they said they were sending, and would not swap it for the other one.
