Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
The tent I ordered eventually arrived after _3 months_ (during which time they *needed* to hold my money). Tents had been in and out of stock twice in this time and they had not dispatched one to me- despite telling me they were going to.
They DO NOT respond to emails (this is a common trait of their negative eBay feedback).
The automated telephone system is infuriating- and seemingly very rarely answered (I got through on 4 occasions out of ~20).
No problem was acknowledged by them and no apology was offered.
The product was ok, but nothing special- certainly not worth the hassle. This place is cheap, but shop elsewhere and keep your sanity.

freecamp tent i bought was poor quality and disintergrated after one use.
it then took almost two months to recieve any form of refund, and still to date i am awaiting the outsatnding refund for postage costs after returning the tent.
dont bother using them products cheap and nasty customer services apalling.
