I ordered a washing machine from these people, stating on the order that I would require my old machine to be removed. I called to check they would remove my old machine and was told this service costs an extra £10. I had no problem with that. When the machine arrived the delivery people would not take the old machine and the electric shops advice was "call the local council, they will remove it" This is not what I'd call customer care. I will not use them again.
