Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Waited 1.5 months for £689 air conditioner. Given various stories as to late delivery - driver damaged delivery, stock not in etc etc. Eventually arrived and leaked all over walnut floor. Told that the item was discontinued and they won't replace or do anything to sort out the problem. Told me to call Delonghi as they are no longer dealing with the company. (I find it hard to believe they don't stock Kenwood or Delonghi at all) Fobbed off by rude and abrupt customer service. Reneged on their Terms & Conditions, and standard legal obligations.
