Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I now order all my Limited Edition 7 Inch Singles from HMV. Ok i have to pay postage for them but they are hard to get from other places and a lot more expensive. The packaging is top draw and the postage is prompt after release of a record.
I have a couple of instances where i had to return the items because they were slightly damaged and HMV just refunded me or replaced them with no fuss.
HMV also do signed copies of some limited editions and i have beed ordering for over 3 years now and i am happy with the service and long may it continue!!!!
