Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Over a week ago InterParcel picked up a laptop I ordered from the seller. Then, nothing. No laptop, no phone calls -- and they won't even *talk* to me as I'm the owner of the laptop, not the sender.

Absolute disgrace. At best, terrible service, at worse, intentional thieves.
