I bought a hard drive from Simply (who were taken over by Misco). The hard drive failed and Misco insisted they check it before replacing it. Four weeks later I had nothing from them. It seems they lost the hard drive. The worst thing was that every time I phoned customer services they promised to look into it and phone back (at least seven times).

They never phoned. I ended up spending £9 on phone calls.

Never deal with these people.

Misco want feed back - but if things go wrong just try getting any information from Misco. No customer service - no response to e-mails - will never use this company again.
