Ordered a set of glasses last week (allow 28 days for delivery), turned up after 7 days. A small chip in one of them, telephoned the following morning and they are sending a replacement glass out in the next 5 days. After reading negative reviews about Scotts I had to post this review as the after sales service couldn't have been better.

Very poor service

I tried ordering from them twice as they have an interesting range of items. The first time all the interesting items turned out to be unavailable or out of stock, but it was months before I got all the letters (yes, letters - no online availability checks or prompt emails) letting me know this, which was little use for Xmas shopping.
The second time I tried ordering they first lost the order, then when I tried to re-order I was sent a letter several days later due to mistyping my credit card number - almost all other shops check the nunber online so having to wait for a letter to retype seems a little inefficient.
Never again.

Scotts of Stow - Poor Effort

I ordered an item from Scotts of stow and from the site was informed to wait inbetween 14 - 28 days for delivery. If they were unable to deliver they said that they would contact me. It's now 30 days later and I have had no response or contact from them. I have sent numerous emails,tried calling (you get a rediculous message that all lines are busy and then get cut off, how polite) and faxing them. As a first time shopper with them I cannot believe the poor bearing on incompetent service. I will never shop with them again. The item I ordered was a Christmas gift that I had searched high and low for and what a sad disappointment that they could not devliver on their part of the deal. I am now seaking further advise on this from the correct authorities. Take my advise do not order from Scotts of Stow
