Not only does it take an average of 10 minutes to find a postcode (if you manage it) but the fact that you are forced to log in each time is unacceptable. It takes so long and who can remeber the login details? I feel this is the slowest, worst website I have ever had the misfortune to visit, and I would rather risk my business post being returned to sender than looking up correct postcodes again. We only do it to help them. This allows you to check addresses without having to go thro' the tedious registration process at The Royal Mail. It then demanded a registration in order to look up a postcode, to enable the Royal Mail to deliver a letter faster. There is a limit of 8 lookups allowd in a 24 hour period... So it will take me 2 weeks to correct my christmas card list... IT IS RUBBISH.... When I tried to send them a message, even their "form" didn't work properly.
