My dealings with this company go back to june 06 when i orderd an item to the value of £100, my account was debited for the money imediatley and i sat back and looked forward to recieveing my item. After about 3 weeks i got concerned that i had not recieved any thing no emails or phone calls. I sent a polite email asking for an update on my order but there was no reply. I sent this email in excess of 15 times but i still did not recieve a reply so i decided to call them but no answer i called every day for 6 weeks and got through once and was told my order would be shipped the next day,I waited anouther 6 weeks and nothing, again in this time no one answered the phone. I ve waffled on enough but basically i decided to contact consumer rights and trading standards who were excellent and told me what to do. I wrote three letters demanding a refund politely and finally after a threat of taking them to court and 5 months after my original order i have recieved my refund. IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR A ITEM GO DOWN THE SAME ROUTE AS I HAVE AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL GET SOMEWARE. IT IS ABOUT TIME TRADING STANDARDS CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN BUT THEY NEED TO RECIEVE ALL YOUR COMPLAINTS TO DO THIS. LETS ALL HELP OURSELVES AND OTHERS WHO ARE IN THE SAME BOAT!!!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE POWER WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wasn’t. They did not tell me this untill I sent several emails and then they offered me an inferior product at the same price. I refused and cancelled the order. To my dismay, despite having debited my order on day one, the amount had not been refunded on my credit card SEVEN WEEKS LATER! After several attempts I managed to get through on the phone to be told “the woman who does the accounts is off” and they couldn’t do anything until she got back. I think that statement in itself speaks volumes about what kind of outfit this is! I am still waiting for the refund, and another little known fact is that you can’t just run to your credit card co for the refund if the amount is less than £100. Ordered a mike about 2 weeks ago. They took my money immediately -- I wanted fast delivery. No hint of a delivery yet. Impossible to get through by phone, and in spite of a torrent of Emails, no response of any sort. I don't even know whether they have the ordered item in stock. Are there any human beings there? Seems not.........
