Tents had been in and out of stock twice in this time and they had not dispatched one to me- despite telling me they were going to. They DO NOT respond to emails (this is a common trait of their negative eBay feedback). The automated telephone system is infuriating- and seemingly very rarely answered (I got through on 4 occasions out of ~20). No problem was acknowledged by them and no apology was offered. The product was ok, but nothing special- certainly not worth the hassle.
