Amazon do not give stock levels but instead display dispatch dates. If the date says "usually within 24 hours" you can reasonably assume that the item is in stock. If it says "usually within 2-3 weeks" then expect a long wait as it is not in stock. I recently waited over 2 months for an item so displayed, a Nikon camera, before cancelling the order when I found I could get the same item from France - and at a much lower price!
