Fast delivery, correct billing and always very helpful with queries. What I like about Amazon is that they keep you informed by email all the way. The goods, as someone has already said, may not be the cheapest on the net but they appear to be 100% reliable. Delivery times are pretty quick, a colleague of mine had his stuff within about a day and a half. Everything is well packaged and I've never had any reason to contact their customer services. All my deliveries have been 'spot on'.
