My phone had run out of charge and I desperately needed some power as I was expecting an urgent call. The lady on duty today Friday 25 February kindly put my phone on charge ( for free ) and then helped me to choose a power pack so I can charge phone in my handbag. She couldn’t have been kinder in my hour of need.
